Paul has been a recruiter for almost a year. He started recruiting for CSR healthcare mass hiring roles until he was exposed to finance, admin, Light Industrial roles, and IT roles. Prior to joining the recruiting industry, he worked in the BPO industry as part of the escalation team and rose through the ranks to become a Team Leader or Supervisor. He is now happy in the recruiting industry because he became a bridge between those people who needed a job and clients who were looking for the right people. Paul also loves animals, and he also saves stray dogs and cats in his free time.
