George is currently celebrating 8 successful years as an executive recruiter, four of which have been with Executive Leadership Solutions. From the process engineering industry to the downstream oil sector and the alternate energy arena, George’s areas of full-desk recruiting expertise are many. However, his biggest accomplishment has been the establishment and growth of a Car Wash Recruiting Department within the Supplier Division. The Company is now the largest recruiting force in that industry in the country. Advanced written and oral communication skills, proven management abilities, multi-level negotiation experience and a reputation for making tough placements happen, are his trademarks. This is, in no small part, due to a very loyal client base and the “extra-mile” attitude he has instilled in his supplier-focused team-members.
Prior to joining Executive Leadership Solutions, George spent much of the past 20 years working in the Convenience store, retail and wholesale fuels, motor oils and additive sectors following graduation with M.A. and M.P.A. degrees. George’s corporate strategic sales & marketing expertise involves 12 years in district management, executive management & jobber franchising & real estate development positions with BP Oil & Valero/Ultramar and as a key vendor to Chevron. George multi-tasked to project manage & execute over 400 Campaigns globally (35 Countries) with 29 retail petroleum groups & an equal number of 3rd party industry vendors and advertising agencies. Focus included business model development, consumer research, interpretation, mentoring, training & vision-based process/program delivery. George is the new business development ambassador of the Company and welcomes any and all initial recruiting inquiries that might lead to test-driving the many services offered by the firm.
