Listed below is a sample of the emails and standard letters we get everyday from our clients and candidates. Our goal is to make every placement a win-win for both the client and the candidate. Even if the relationship does not generate a placement our commitment is to make the contact an enjoyable experience for everyone. As Brian Wright, Executive Leadership Solutions’ President & CEO, says; “My Dad taught me that a deal is never a good deal unless all parties are bettered by it once they leave the table.”
Brian:
FYI, I just gave you a glowing reference when I spoke with Anita. I told her your strengths were truly providing only qualified applicants as to not have a data dump of resumes to go through. I also told her you were very good at articulating to both the client and the candidate the true expectations of the role and were able to shift gears mid stream if the client realized the needed/wanted something different during the search. Just thought I’d pass that on.
Best,

Dear Brian:
I just completed an interview process that Pete arranged. It was an extensive three interview series that resulted in an offer being extended and my acceptance this afternoon. I wanted to make sure to contact “Team-ElS” and say how impressed I was in working with Pete. He is a consummate professional and worked diligently with me through every step. I am excited beyond words to land this opportunity and have Pete to thank for his expertise and his caring. He is truly someone I will stay in contact with in the future.
Sincerely,
Dave / Pennsylvania
John, good morning:
As you know, I have been aggressively interviewing these past few weeks. Yesterday, I accepted an offer from a dot com company within the Hospitality/Travel industry, as SVP, Sales/Mktg, Business Development. It is a significant opportunity for me and in an industry where I have 20 plus years related experience. It’s too bad that the timing for the interview at your client was delayed – certainly sounded like a great opportunity as well . I greatly appreciate the chance to have gotten to know you a bit – you are truly a unique individual within an industry where few can match your integrity and honesty. I hope that our paths cross at some time in the future. Thank you for your time, energy and insight.
Best Regards,
Satisfied Candidate
Mr Wright:
Any company seeking to utilize the services of a recruiter should be concerned about how that recruiter handles the candidates for that position. After all, the recruiter is only as good as the clients he can present.
From July 2004 to March 2005, I was unemployed. During this time I had the opportunity to interface with countless recruiters from large firms to small firms. Of these, Bill Karlen was the most diligent, personable, understanding, and helpful that I encountered. Before both interviews he coached me on technique, proper dress, etiquette, and also present printed material to assist in preparation.
In addition, he was thorough in his research of my background. Bill also was available, professional, and approachable during the entire process. I am sure that I interfered with his other clients during our pursuit of the position. Yet he never allowed me to see or perceive that. He always presented the image that I was the only client he was working with.
In short, Bill Karlen excels in his ability to find and mentor candidates through the entire process from initial contact to presentation of an offer..
Best Regards

Brian,
I really appreciate the time you’ve spent with me from our initial conversation on December 11, all the way through this morning. I enjoyed talking with Mr. D . and Mr. W . yesterday in CITY. The two gentlemen asked good and sometimes tough questions, but that’s what keeps CLIENT successful. The time you spent in preparation of me for this interview, I really believe paid off. It helped to relieve some of the interview jitters I had! Your professionalism throughout the process thus far shows that you live by your company motto to serve both the client and the candidate. Again, thanks for setting me up with the opportunity! I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a safe holiday weekend and I hope you and your family have a great new year!
Sincerely,
Mark D .
Pete:
While I am disappointed that the position didn’t pan out as we had hoped, I am still happy that we crossed paths. Getting “headhunted” is a thrill for me and when I discovered what a class act you are, it only heightened my excitement. You operate in a very professional and yet casual manner that put me at ease throughout the entire process. I have taught over 200 people how to interview and yet I still learned new tricks/techniques from you. As far as I am concerned you have established the “gold standard” for recruiters.
Thank you, Pete. I wish you all the best.
Micah
Pete:
Thank you for the wonderful effort. You did the best job of all!!!! Compared to the other exectutive search firms you had 5 of the top six candidates we reviewed and your candidate was the one we hired. I will be happy to recommend you to others and will definately use you again. By the way your candidates spoke of how you really cared about making the placement the right match for them as well. That shows alot about your integrity!

Hi Brian:
I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for contacting me today. I searched the Internet, and I found your website. Very impressive. I am so happy that we have the opportunity to work together. I have worked with other executive search firms and none of the others has shown the level of professionalism that your firm has shown. Jeff Hokamp is a great person, and I am really looking forward to interviewing for the position(s) he currently has available.
Sincerely,
Lynda S.
Brian:
I have attached the signed offer letter. It has been a great process from the initial call from the ELS team to the acceptance of an offer from Roy. I can not say enough about the professional work Executive Leadership Solutions provides for their clients and candidates. Our conversations have been genuine and I appreciate your candor and consideration as we moved through the process.
If I can ever be of service or if you find yourself in Las Vegas and in need of somebody to catch a Golden Knights game please give me a call.
Kindest regards and thanks from me and my family.
Sincerely,
Tony
