What You’ll Do:
Lead a dynamic retail operation offering groceries and general merchandise

You’re a Fit If You Have:
At least 2 years of grocery management or similar leadership experience
A self-starting, adventurous spirit
Passion for rural living and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds
Readiness to relocate and embrace the outdoors (and maybe snowshoes)
Perks and Package:
$90,000–$120,000+ base salary depending on experience
Bonus potential up to 107.5% upon successful training completion
