Manager of Training
The Role with the Company:
Exciting in-office opportunity with a dynamic c-store company in Georgia!
The Manager of Training will own the administration of online training tools (alcohol/tobacco compliance, customer service, food service and safety, employee development, etc.) They will be the point person for organization, implementation, tracking and updating training initiatives company-wide. The person will also have the opportunity to develop training tools on their own to meet the needs of the company. The training manager must be an agent of change and communicate to policy and decision makers the training needs of the organization to ensure compliance and retention. An Instructional Designer will report in to this position.
Background Profile:
Proven success in a similar role with a convenience store company preferred; similar experience in other types of retail also considered.
Deep understanding of how training affects success and retention and development of employees.
College degree preferred.
Ability to travel as needed.
Proficiency with online training tools and MS Suite is essential.
