What You’ll Do
As a Facility Operator, you’ll play a vital role in running daily plant operations. You’ll monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor digestion and gas processing systems using SCADA/PLC tools
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment
Conduct laboratory testing to guide process adjustments
Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
Keep accurate records and generate performance reports
Assist with vendor coordination, material handling, and inventory
Support on-call rotation and emergency response as needed
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with SCADA/PLC systems and Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a physical and aptitude test
Willingness to work a rotating schedule and be on-call
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in wastewater treatment, energy, agriculture, or similar fields
Technical training or certifications in plant operations or related trades
