As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of associates that deliver grocery quality and value to their customers in a fun, sales oriented environment. Store ownership and senior leaders are very involved in the business and are very supportive to make sure you have the tools and resources you need to be successful. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Depending on your experience and skills, you will earn more than $55,000 to start in base pay along with an opportunity for a $21,000 bonus paid quarterly based on your ability to drive sales! 5 day workweek, 45-50 hrs/week. Great benefit package as well.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Must have up to 3 yrs. Relevant management experience, slightly less with a degree.
Experience in Perishable Supermarket Operations a big plus as stores do a ton of Meat/Seafood/Deli business.
