THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Ability to read drawings and schematics
Lead Manufacturing Teams for Projects Assigned
Complete work in assigned time frames
Work with internal teams to develop optimum solutions. This requires good communication skills.
Basic computer skills
Experience in kaizen-related activities.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
6+ years’ experience minimum in an assembly or fabrication environment
Project Management Experience Necessary
Experience working in a continuously changing environment. Kaizen event experience is preferred.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid South Dakota driver’s license
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a minimum 6 years' experience
