Senior Field Merchandiser – Grocery/ Convenience Store

Our Client is a leading Travel Center (Truck Stop) Retailer operating in the Southwest portion of the United States. The company operates approximately 40 sites covering 8 states in the southwest region.Their new concept incorporates fuel, convenience, grocery, hardware and apparel in a single combined facility. This concept is unlike any in the marketplace today.
Position Qualifications / Background:
5+ Years of Field Merchandising experience in Grocery/Convenience Store/Truck Stop industry.
Experience in a small format grocery store highly preferred.
Must have ability to travel extensively.
Position Responsibilities:
Execute merchandise plans in a variety of store footprints.
Work closely with vendors to maximize merchandising effectiveness.
Support site managers to improve site execution and sales.
Hands on role spending significant time on-site across the Clients network.
