MARKETING MANAGER-CAR WASH
(must have car wash or retail background and be open to relocation within CA/NV region)

ROLE:
The Marketing Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate marketing policies, campaigns, and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by the company
and its competitors and identify potential Guests. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company’s profits and share of the market while ensuring Guest satisfaction.
Oversee product/services development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and/or services. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining brand
integrity and consistency across all print and digital assets, collateral and campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services that aid the company in meeting or exceeding budgeted sales expectations.
Responsible for implementing content and graphics on online platforms (web, social media, intranet, marketing automation, etc.) to promote brand awareness and/or increase sales volumes.
Supports communications (announcements, presentations, articles, newsletters, intranet, internet, press releases, etc.) and external marketing (onsite signage, advertising, collateral, etc.) for
the company using copy that maintains brand integrity and aligns with company vision.
Support of digital marketing initiatives including marketing automation, email marketing, text marketing, social media, SEO, website management, etc. to increase Guest satisfaction, increase
membership retention, increase membership conversion and decrease membership churn.
Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
Evaluate the financial aspects of business development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and Guest satisfaction.
Initiate market research studies or analyze findings.
Coordinate or participate in promotional activities, trade shows or local organizations/clubs, working with developers or advertisers, to market products or services.
Organize and participate in quarterly and periodic events to support local charitable organizations supported by the company.
Prepares and provides weekly status reports for projects.
Provides writing, design, video, content and expertise.
Accountable for scheduling, budget, QA/QC and brand integrity of all assigned projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in Marketing in lieu of a degree.
At least three years of experience in CAR WASH or RETAIL INDUSTRY.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other CRM) and WordPress (or other CMS).
Knowledge of social media platforms (required), video production (preferred), and productivity solutions like Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc.) preferred.
Knowledge of HTML preferred.
Ability to rapidly adopt, learn and proficiently use new software solutions is essential.
