The Role with the Company:
As the Pizza Operations Manager, you will manage the pizza operations located inside a high volume convenience store!
This role will lead all facets of the pizza business at the location including driving sales, ensuring food safety, P&L accountability, customer service, Food Cost, Waste, Labor, etc.
Excellent communication and training skills as well as the ability to operate independently.
Requirements & Skills Needed:
Proven success running a pizza QSR
Understanding of and accountability for: Food Cost/Waste, Labor, Speed of Service
Ability to work autonomously & possess an entrepreneurial streak and treat this business as your own.
Experience in hiring, training, mentoring and leading a team to success.
Embraces and builds a strong culture using a mature situational leadership style of management.
Strong computer, communications skills and team leader.
