The Manager of Data & Integrations will lead the data warehouse operations and business intelligence initiatives for a large and expanding convenieince store company
This role will be responsible for overseeing data architecture, ETL processes, and delivering actionable insights through various tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in conjunction with our Managed Data vendors to oversee our data warehouse infrastructure
Manage and optimize the company's data warehouse infrastructure
Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes using Azure Data Factory
Develop and maintain data models to support business reporting needs
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various business units
Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all data systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions
Document data flows, processes, and procedures
Lead data integration projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Implement best practices for data governance and security
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong expertise in ETL processes and data integration techniques
Proficiency with Azure Data Factory and Azure data services
Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles
Excellent project management and communication skills
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, SQL, Data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, Data warehouse architecture, Business intelligence tools, Data governance, Performance tuning
Experience with PDI Enterprise tools (Enterprise, FocalPoint/MarketBasket, Telapoint) is a plus
Convenience store or retail industry experience is a plus
