The Real Estate Specialist will participate in the evaluation of new site acquisitions, track real estate lease renewals and extensions, handle any DOT/zoning issues for a dynamic, expanding convenience store company!

Responsibilities:
Maintaining the lease tracking spreadsheet and the associated real estate files
Managing the contract due diligence periods in the real estate development team.
Representing the company at Planning Commission or City Council Meetings; develop relationships with government officials and community leaders
Acquisition Team member responsible for assimilating site information for the team.
Background Profile:
Proven success in a similar role in the convenience store industry
