Our Client is a growing operator in the Convenience Store/Truck Stop Industry with excellent brand recognition.
The Role with the Company:
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing all operations, providing team leadership and excellent customer service.
This person’s accountability includes all facets of managing a truck stop with showers, convenience store, QSR, and mini kitchen;
run the day to day operations, P& L accountability, customer service, POS management, fuel, and office technologies. In addition,
they will need excellent communication and training skills as well as the ability to operate independently.
Background Profile:
1+years Retail Convenience Experience with P&L responsibilities; Truck Stop / Food Service is a plus!
Experience in leading a team of employees.
Strong computer, communications skills, and team leader.
