Summary:
Build and maintain effective working relationships at convenience stores by servicing accounts, visiting locations, resolving issues and keeping marketing collateral up to date.
Counsel operators to promote best business practices and increase sales.
Provide support to operations and accounting staff as needed to service accounts.
Lead the development and execution of market level business plans and initiatives to improve profitability.
Ensure an excellent site experience for customers
Essential Functions:
Regularly visit stores.Advise operators on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.Serve as primary contact on account issues for assigned operators.Consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications.Maintain accurate and organized records of daily activities including mileage and expenses.Coordinate with accounting department to ensure accurate billing.Manage transitional accounts.

Skills & Abilities: –
College Degree preferred
Proven success in multi-unit leadership in c-stores
