CAR WASH GENERAL MANAGER
** Must have CAR WASH INDUSTRY experience **
Role:
The Site Manager is the driver of the location’s growth. This role will ensure that all operations adhere to the overall corporate mission, vision, and core values
while consistently meeting expectations and strengthening the team around them. Must have a competitive mindset and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash
Works directly with Management Team to make strategic recommendations on process improvements
Implement equipment maintenance program for the location and follow-up to ensure completion.
Trains/develops and hires/fires team members, leading them to their fullest potential
Create a culture of accountability
Sets a positive example, inspecting and promoting teamwork
Consistently demonstrates the ability to motivate and encourage team members
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years’ experience in CAR WASH INDUSTRY as site manager
Results-oriented with the ability to push self and others towards success
Friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for helping people
Strong personal commitment to successfully managing and leading growth
Superior leadership and organizational skills
High personal standards and ethics
