The Role You Will Play:
The Produce Director will lead a merchant team of a Buyers Asst. and 2 dotted line Produce Merchandisers, working collaboratively along with the strong Operations and Marketing staff in place. Preferred candidate will be promotable several levels up in organization and play a leading role in other perishable depts.
Compensation:
Base salary depending on experience. Annual Bonus potential. Medical/Dental benefits and others!
Background Profile:
2+ years’ experience in Supermarket Produce Operations, strong background in managing multi-store perishable depts.
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
