The Role with the Company:
A Restaurant General Manager will be involved of all aspects of running their restaurant from: guest focus, operations and mentoring and development of their team.
With a solid focus on training, you will be able to develop and advance career opportunity for your team as well as for yourself.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Looking for foodservice leaders with 2-3+ years at a salaried manager role in either QSR or Fast Casual Dining.
We're seeking managers from a high volume and fast paced environment who can handle a quick pace.
Should have knowledge of both front of house operations and back of house along with point of sale systems.
Knowledge of Financials and P&L is a plus, but not a necessity for this role.
