Restaurant District Manager-Proprietary Food Program
The QSR District Manager-Proprietary Food Program is responsible for overseeing multiple Proprietary Food operations within travel center locations. The QSR District Manager-Proprietary Food Program ensures the highest level of customer service throughout each assigned store, acts as a role model and leader to all store employees, and maximizes the workforce to achieve maximum results.
Your Role:
As QSR District Manager-Proprietary Food Program you will write all procedures and processes to open and execute a core menu PLUS regional speciality items.
You`ll oversee a group of eight to twelve food service operations. You`ll work closely with managers to implement strategies, maintain standards, and drive sales and profitability.
Work with managers to develop, update and execute annual budgets and business plans.
Develop a performance-driven team
Monitor all aspects of Proprietary Food Program operations and compliance; providing direction, coaching and assistance to QSR management.
Establish LTO's to include all product sourcing, communications, program materials and marketing support.
Ensure key processes are in place through store visits, staff evaluations, and data analysis.
Ability to gain, demonstrate, and coach in-depth operational knowledge of QSR operations.
Effectively demonstrates the ability to inspire store level teams and managers toward personal improvement and operational development.
Shows the ability to consistently contribute to the overall improvement of the team as well as individual team members.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field or eqiuvalent work experience.
5+ years of multi unit QSR experience; convenience store or travel center experience preferable but not mandatory
3+ years’ experience in building and managing winning teams.
Extensive experience with menu development-inlcuding cost analysis, vendor sourcing and management, writing of SOP's, directing training & setting up a test kitchen.
Extensive travel required through the growth cycle.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment including an understanding of retail practices & procedures.
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to interact with all levels in an organization.
Solid communication skills (written and verbal).
Solid interpersonal skills.
Intermediate skills in MS Office suite
