Our Client is a leading travel center retailer operating in the Southwest portion of the United States. The company operates 40 sites in 8 states in the southwest region.Their new concept incorporates a travel center, grocery, hardware and food courts in a single combined facility. This concept is unlike any in the marketplace today. The successful candidate will be responsible to run one of their new flagship location.

Position Qualifications / Background:
5+ Years experience in a high transaction retail environment.
Supervisory experience managing a team of 50-75 employees.
Background in retail travel centers, grocery, hardware or convenience stores is highly desirable.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest possible standards of customer service.
Recruit, hire, train and develop a talented team of 50-75 retail associates.
Increase merchandise and fuel sales.
Execute pricing, merchandising and promotions are prescribed by the Company.
