Human Resources Manager-Car Wash
(must have Car Wash experience)
COMPANY: We are a car wash platform business focused on building and expanding our express car wash brand. Service and performance is at the
core of all that we do; to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing, interviewing, training new teammates.
Partner with Area Managers and Site Managers to establish proactive hiring practices.
Leverage online job boards to source.
Build relationships with local schools and community to recruit.
Lead the development of training collateral for all site-level employees.
Creating training presentations.
Online/eLearning modules.
Learning Management System implementation.
Lead in-person training on site.
Partner with Area Managers and Site Managers to launch new sites.
Partner with Area Manager in development of car wash management skills.
MUST HAVE’S:
Experience in Human Resources in the car wash industry.
Friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to balance a strong presence and confidence with a high level of approachability.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with people in many different functions.
Driving, self-motivated work style with ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a business experiencing fast-paced growth.
High attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
