The Role with the Company:
The QSR General Manager is responsible for managing all operations of a QSR brand within a large Travel Center location which includes: Retail, Truck Service, Quick Serve Restaurants and Casual Diner (depending on location).
This GM will lead and mentor a team of Assistant Managers each allocated to lead their restaurant within the location.
This leader's accountability includes all facets of restaurant day to day operations such as: P&L accountability, customer service, Food Cost, Waste, Labor, etc.
In addition to, they will need excellent communication and training skills as well as the ability to operate independently.
Requirements & Skills Needed:
3+years QSR/Fast Casual/Casual Restaurant Experience with P&L ownership.
Understanding of and accountability for: Food Cost/Waste, Labor, Speed of Service
Ability to work autonomously & possess an entreprenurial streak and treat this multi-million dollar business as your own.
Experience in hiring, training, mentoring and leading a team to success.
Embraces and builds a strong culture using a mature situational leadership style of management.
Strong computer, communications skills and team leader.
