Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments.
Ensure aircraft airworthiness per regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, etc.).
Coordinate with regulatory bodies and oversee compliance.
Maintain updated Repair Station Manuals and procedures.
Establish a monitoring system for regulatory compliance.
Coordinate audits for compliance with regulations and customer specifications.
Assess and maintain approved maintenance functions and supplier lists.
Provide oversight of maintenance vendor's quality control.
Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues.
Oversee IMTE calibration system.
Perform other assigned duties.
High School diploma.
A&P certification or eligibility for FAA Repairman Certificate.
Minimum 5 years of component maintenance experience, including 3 years of inspection.
Thorough understanding of aviation regulations and inspection methods.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical publications.
Attention to detail and teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
Project Management experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
AS9100/ISO9001 auditor experience.
