District Manager – Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)
Are you ready to take the reins and lead a dynamic team? We're seeking a District Manager to ensure operational excellence and growth in our clients QSR stores.
Operational Leadership: Oversee, troubleshoot, and coordinate day-to-day operations across your assigned stores, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer experiences.
Team Development: Coach, train, and empower shift managers, assistant managers, and managers to excel in operational excellence. Contribute to the development of effective new hire orientation and rewards programs, while monitoring training processes for quality assurance. Maintain optimal staffing levels for management positions and implement comprehensive management training.
Standards and Compliance: Provide leadership to managers and staff within your geographic area to ensure adherence to SUBWAY® Operations Manual standards and relevant government regulations. Ensure correct operational procedures are consistently followed, taking corrective action when necessary.
Sales Growth: Collaborate with staff to achieve sales goals, utilizing available reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Support local and national marketing initiatives to drive sales.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated by completing University of QSR courses as directed.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience & Skills: 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in a restaurant environment. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are a must. Proficiency in basic math and accounting, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated achievements in staff selection, coaching, and development.
Physical Requirements: Must be physically capable of working any station in the restaurant when required and operating a computerized Point of Sale System/cash register. The position involves bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday, with the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
