The Role with the Company:
The Administrative Assistant/Paralegal's key responsibilities are to support the President with due diligence for real estate related transactions.
Manage a variety of administrative details. Review activities with the manager to assure appropriate understanding of the objectives and priorities.
Generate and collate a number of reports with a cadence necessary for the business.
Monitor all incoming communications, research as needed, and refer to appropriate individuals for handling and/or information.
Proactively create necessary communication by email, letter or voice to address inquiries or notifications.
Attend high level meetings, discern what is important and take notes.
3+ years as an Administrative Assistant. Paralegal or Real Estate background is a HUGE plus!
High level of business acumen is needed for this role.
Strong computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, communications skills and natural team leader.Associates Degree; BA/BS preferred; Accounting skills helpful
Must be able to be handle confidential matters with discretion.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff as well as external customers and vendor-partners.
