As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the customer base, driving revenue growth, and promoting scalable practices. If you are passionate

sales teams and help them deliver on ambitious targets. You must thrive in a fast-paced sales environment that is both collaborative and innovative. Ideal candidate will be a self-starting
leader, have management and leadership experience scaling a technology sales team, have superior communication skills, and a knack for understanding unique customer needs.
Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and ensure the growth of the business.
Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term customers.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our recycling services to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and improve new sales professionals’ product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Harness sales data to guide strategy, performance, and forecast market shifts.
Budget Management: Work with the finance team to develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales targets.
Market Research: Continuously monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
Customer Feedback: Gather and evaluate customer feedback to improve our services and adapt to changing customer needs.
Must have 5+ years technology sales experience in the car wash industry
Proven track record of successful sales management.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Passion for sustainability and environmental initiatives.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and willingness to take initiative.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
