You will be primarily responsible for providing financial planning and analysis as required by Leadership, the Business, and support functions. Key responsibilities include recurring and ad-hoc reporting and analysis, corporate planning, investment analysis, acquisition integration and ad-hoc projects.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
Corporate reporting and analysis, including development and distribution of reporting packages to senior business and financial leadership. These will highlight issues and trends in business results and determine root causes of variances to historical and budgeted results.
Support the development of the annual operating plan and periodic reforecasts.
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis. Among other assignments, this may include:
Preparing reports and analytical support for presentation to Leadership
Financial analysis of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Acquisition analysis, due diligence, and reviews
Analysis of other proposed significant investments
Facilitate the integration of acquired business in the company's accounting, finance, and other systems
Identify and drive efficiencies and/or process improvements throughout the business and our support functions.
Significant experience in financial planning and analysis in retail; convenience store experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting or Finance major) preferred
MBA or advanced degree seeking a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Power BI skill and experience preferred
