Franchisee/Licensee Business Development Manager

As the Franchisee/LicenseeBusiness Development Manager, you will be charged with seeking out and identifying operators, licensees, franchisees.
Specific Role Responsibilities:Sourcing top level candidates with a focus on franchise, licensee experience. Create a bench for current and future openings within the network Lead and oversee the administrative aspects of the license agreement.Create content for both go to market and social media advertising. Work closely with marketing in order to create store specific marketing for advertising purposes. Hold open house events to drive awareness and traffic to locations where opportunities exist. Attend expos and related events to expand brand presence and create a pipeline for future opportunitiesTrack data and success rates to present to the executive teamWork closely with Field Operations to understand specific needs of the store (I.E Truck stop, Expanded Food Programs, Etc…)
Travel is essential to the success of this role.
