Loyalty Program Coordinator

Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Marketing, The Loyalty Program Coordinator will be the developer and catalyst to roll out a company wide loyalty program for a regional convenience store company.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Develop rewards program to drive customer loyalty and create point of differentiation amongst competitors.
Development of overall social media strategy to include web page and app development.
Responsible for the data analysis, both internal and syndicated data, and reporting of assigned category performance
Responsible for overall supplier relationship including contract negotiation, product selection and placement

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
3+ years in loyalty development within the convenience store/grocery/drug channel
3+ years in retail marketing/operations in the convenience/grocery/drug channel
