THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
A Shift Leader will be involved of all aspects of running the restaurant from: guest focus, operations and mentoring and development of their team.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Looking for leaders with 1-2 years in a Shift Leader role in either QSR or Fast Casual Dining.
We're seeking Sift Leads from a high volume and fast paced environment who can handle a quick pace.
Should have knowledge of both front of house operations and back of house along with point of sale systems.
Knowledge of Financials and P&L is a plus, but not a necessity for this role.
