The Business Administrator oversees multiple general administrative strategic, tactical, and/or operational areas including, but not limited to Strategic Planning, Facilities, and/or Information Technology; implements companywide projects including establishing and communicating the strategic mission and initiating and monitoring specific initiatives; represents client within the committees and other strategic planning activities; and recommend changes to improve performance specific to the mission and culture.
Typical Work Duties
Support and provide recommendations for the overall operations of administrative area
Guide project management activities in support of strategic, company wide goals
Collaborate in ensuring standards are met for compliance with Color Burst policies, procedures and culture.
Fleet Management
Run reports for misuse of trucks
Go to County Clerk Office as needed
Renew truck registrations
Other Duties
Handle repairs at H2B house
Call utility companies as needed for service
Order food for office meetings
Manage Branch Level invoicing process including monthly recurring invoicing
Daily check of invoicing assistant
Review Weekly A/R report
Contact customers with past due invoices
Issue & maintain indirect PO log
Review new contracts prior to first invoice
Assist Account Managers and Ops Managers with Aspire questions
Assist customers with invoice questions
Assist Branch Manager with contract cancellations
Review AR report with Branch Manager
Communicate past due correspondences with Account Managers
Review direct Pos for accuracy
Assist accounting with PO Approvals
Assist with new employee onboarding
Monitor branch fuel usage
Organize branch event planning
Record credit card deposits
Verify daily bank deposit and cash activity
Enter indirect POs
Be a team player
Dig for data.
