The Role with the Company:
The General Manager is responsible for managing all operations of a Travel Center, providing team leadership and excellent customer service. This person’s accountability includes all facets of retail convenience day to day operations, P&L accountability, customer service, POS management, fuel, and office technologies. In addition to, they will need excellent communication and training skills as well as the ability to operate independently.
Background Profile:
3+years Travel Center/C-Store Experience with P&L responsibilities; Food Service is a plus!
Experience in leading a team of employees.
Strong computer, communications skills, and team leader.
Salary commensurate with experience plus Bonus, 401K, Benefits Package, etc.
