Price Book Manager

Job Summary:
As the Price Book Manager you will responsible the development of procedures, information flow, and documentation as it relates to the price book. The position is also responsible for procurement of UPC and other related item information from suppliers. In addition, the position supports the functional integration of price book and POS devices.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate new item set up, cost, retail and promotional pricing with Merchandising Manager and Operations.
Coordinate PLU pricing;
Provide support to Operations in resolving pricing conflicts at store level;
Offer advance notification to stores for new item and coinciding download activity;
Work with Operations and suppliers to facilitate the flow of information to support price book;
Ensure retail margins are constant with established guidelines;
Contact all vendors quarterly for updated costs sheets.
Background Profile:
Broad expertise in Price Book, Category Management and store level merchandising processes and systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and tasks;
Proficiency in PDI Enterprise;
Working knowledge of retail operations and convenience store marketing;
