THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Manage human resource efforts for the company. Working closely with safety.
This candidate will lead HR in supporting 300+ manufacturing employees in the manufacture of highest grade OEM in the industry.
This candidate will manage human resources for this facility, partnering with leadership in the company.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Bachelor's degree required, preferrably in HR
Prior manufacturing experience, able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Human Resources Management Experience REQUIRED
Hands on ability, able to work in cross-functional teams, lead hiring efforts, help with orientation, and other HR duties
