Maintenance Account Manager-Veteran Owned Commercial Landscaping Company in Nashville, TN
Responsibilities/Activities
The principal responsibilities of this position are the following:
Lead and organize the client services effort in accordance with contract goals and budget for the property while maintaining a standard of excellence.
Create and communicate accurate estimates for client services.
Works hand and hand with operations management on expectations of the client ensuring proper execution.
Maintain communication with customers/clients on all properties regarding contract schedules.
Regularly schedule visits to jobs sites and meetings with clients to determine their needs, interests, and optimal solutions.
Audit quality of services and communicate observations to field operations.
Network, keeping client “first of mind”, including trade association meetings, trade shows, golf tournament, and other events throughout the Greater Nashville Commercial Arena.

Requirements
1. Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services.
2. Exceptional client-service skills and a keen sense of ownership of responsibilities
Ability to read landscape plans and layout plantings.
Pro-active attitude to resolve issues before they become problematic.
Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
Clean driving record
