THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Front End Manager Manager will lead a team of front end associates consisting of cashiers and other service personnell, delivering legendary service. You will have responsibility for store Accounting/Cash Control functions and Grocery pickup.
Report directly to Store Director.
Preferred candidate will be promotable several levels up in organization.This is a unique position for someone with no grocery experience to learn the business and advance your career in an essential and growing business!
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
2-5+ years experience inRetail (preferrable supermarket) or Fine Dining Foodservice Operations.
Strong Background in managing fast paced, customer centric front end environments.
