THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Responsible for leading a team, achieving department goals (productivity), and working with their program counterpart to drive value added category results and innovation.
Promotes increased member participation by developing pricing, ongoing promotional schedules and customized promotional activities
Will report directly to Director of Deli/Bakery/Foodservice
Preferred candidate will be promotable several levels up in organization.
Coordinates with sourcing counterpart to research new program/product opportunities to enhance members' competitive position in their markets, and to develop member interest and enhanced participation in existing and new programs/products.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
At least 7 years experience in Deli and/or Perishables
