FLEET SALES MANAGER FOR FUEL & CAR WASH
As the Fleet Sales Manager, you will manage a portfolio of strategic regional accounts for fuel and car washes resulting in maximum profitability, volume, as well as securing new business through both inside and outside sales efforts in designated markets.
You will work with Marketing and our regional store managers to ensure adequate allocations are in place, pricing and negotiating with fleet customers to secure their business. This includes maintaining our current customer base, identifying new opportunities with Marketing and regional leadership, Identifying and negotiating contracts and ensuring operational excellence.
This position offers a combination of autonomy along with the opportunity to be part of a cross-divisional team in order to achieve volume, margin and credit goals.
Responsibilities:
*Manage regional customer portfolio to optimize supply, allocations, profitability, volume, and receivables
Communicate with customers on a regular basis and also with internal team members to resolve any issues;
Meet with customers in person to develop and maintain effective business relationships;
*Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve account growth
*Research and identify new business opportunities for growth
*Identify and procure new bulk Commercial customers with proper credit approval.
*Monitor and enforce credit policies and customer limits.
*Utilize CRM as part of the sales process
*Forecast daily, weekly and monthly allocation requirements as needed.
*Maintain regular attendance and follow designated safety practices.
*Perform other Duties not listed as required
