Director of Maintenance
Here is a great opportunity to be a part of a large convenience store chain as they continue to grow! The company has 600+ locations across 15 states. As the Director you will leverage your convenience store maintenance skill set while leading a team to ensure all locations are well maintained. This entails facilities management of; electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, food service equipment, point of sale equipment, and fuel systems.
Responsibilities:
improve operations of gas stations, convenience stores, and car wash facilities.
utilize effective & cost efficient utilization of labor and materials.
Manage general maintenance & repair administration.
Oversee the Maintenance Technician team and Maintenance Dispatch team.
Background Profile:
Extensive experience in a leadership role in the convenience store/gasoline industry
Electrical & Mechanical knowledge within the convenience store / small format retail environments
Hazmat, Safety, Environmental monitoring is preferred
Must be able to develop, measure, implement, and maintain improved operational performance
