Our Client is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Manager, Marketing Systems to join our innovative Marketing team in our Store Support Center in Nashville TN. The Manager, Marketing Systems is responsible for directing, coaching, mentoring, and driving process changes for Marketing Systems as it relates to Pricebook, Rebate Manager, Reporting, and all other means of Proprietary (ERP) systems related to the Marketing Department. The Marketing Systems Manager is expected to keep a current knowledge base of industry system(s), and drive system improvement needs that support accuracy and efficiency to meet company financials and goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
Directs, oversees and develops the Pricebook team with the ongoing set-up and maintenance of ERP/PDI Pricebook system. This includes the oversight of accurate and timely set-up and maintenance of all trade vendors, and item-level information in the Pricebook system.
Maintains ERP/PDI Pricebook for food and dispensed beverage to include accurate and timely set-up, retail, cost updates and waste management.
Daily processing vendor cost exceptions to include verification of invoice discrepancies and communication internally and externally to our vendor partners
Maintains daily processing of DRIE (Daily reporting invoice exceptions) ensuring to communicate both internally and externally to our vendor partners.
Maintains ERP/PDI Enterprise Marketlink for tobacco scan data reimbursement
Directs, oversees and develops the Rebate Manager team with the ongoing set-up and maintenance of ERP/PDI Rebate Manager system. This includes the oversight of accurate set-up and maintenance of all trade vendor merchandise product rebate accruals, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Directs, oversees and develops team to ensure company margin goals are maintained by system utilization of cost exception processing and daily invoice exceptions. This includes monthly vendor communication for statement verification, ensuring contractual costs are aligned, accurate and within margin exception parameters.
Directs, oversees and develops teams to ensure successful set-up, integration, and maintenance of product and Pricebook related information with the Verifone Commander POS system for successful and accurate capture of all sales-related activity.
Develops ERP database reports used for analysis by management. Oversees the generation of marketing-related reports available in the ERP/PDI and other company systems as requested, including the coordination of standard and custom reports from the PDI Insights Cloud, Focal Point and DR databases.
Oversees the successful implementation and daily processing of DSD vendor and grocery wholesaler EDI orders, invoices, and Pricebook file transmissions and other EDI processes.
Collaborates and coordinates with other internal departments to provide or assist with needed system efficiency, analysis, or projects.
Collaborates with Category Managers and trade vendor partners on the coordination of accurate and timely communication of Marketing Systems related information, including sales or purchasing reporting information and assisting with the development and implementation of systems policies and procedures.
Maintains a strong understanding of the current marketing-related software and hardware system capabilities to ensure effective system utilization.
Provides support with the implementation and coordination of loyalty-based components including the Paytronix, Skupos, Electrum & Koupon Media loyalty programs and other proprietary loyalty program components.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises the Pricebook, Rebate, and Product Cost oversight teams.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable employment and labor laws.
Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
Planning, assigning, and directing work
Appraising performance
Addressing and resolving any team complaints and/or issues.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
6+ years of retail database and systems support experience
Or any equivalent combination of education and experience in job-related activities
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the C-Store industry
