The Role You Will Play:
The Director of Floral will lead a Floral Specialist and work collaboratively along with the strong Operations and Marketing staff in place. Preferred candidate will be promotable several levels up in organization and play a leading role in other perishable depts.
Compensation:
Base salary will be depending on experience. Annual Bonus potential. Medical/Dental benefits and others!
Background Profile:
5+ years experience in multi-store Supermarket Floral Operations, strong background in managing perishable depts.
