Company Information:
Our Client is a leading Travel Center Retailer operating in the Southwest portion of the United States. The company operates approximately 40 sites covering 8 states in the southwest region.Their new concept incorporates fuel, convenience, grocery, hardware and apparel in a single combined facility. This concept is unlike any in the marketplace today. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability and revenue growth across multiple categories for the Client's growing network of sites.

Position Qualifications / Background:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ Years of Category Management experience.
Strong Operations experience is also required.
Experience in convenience store or small format grocery highly preferred.
Experience using PDI software highly preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
Extract data and complete all required analysis to support product assortment, placement, pricing and purchasing.
Provides management with planning and control information by assembling and analyzing financial data.
Prepare and deliver reports on department performance including pricing, promotion, sales, margin, and new programs/products.
Manage vendor relationships.
