Our client is one of the crown jewels of the convenience store industry operating over 200+ locations in Great State of Texas with locations in OK and NM.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
We are seeking a Category Manager for Tobacco to strategically manage the Tobacco/OTP Category with a focus on increasing sales, total gross dollars, and market share. The Tobacco/OTP Category Manager will create and implement pricing, promotion, assortment and shelf planograms; based on analysis of past performance and results, industry best practices, and consumer trends.
Must also know supplier, vendor, and marketer practices.
EXPERIENCE PROFILE:
**MUST HAVE TOBACCO CATEGORY MANAGEMENT**
BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
Successful 5 year track record in a gas station/convenience store retail organization.
