CAR WASH SITE MANAGER

Growing car wash in Northern California is seeking a Site Manager to drive growth and profitability at their location. They are seeking an experienced Car Wash Operations Leader who can manage, lead and
direct the efforts of a team, while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale.
Role:
The Manager is the driver of the company’s growth. This individual will lead the charge of the company’s core values and strengthen the team around them. Be accountable for sales performance, focusing on
growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, car wash operations, and the training and development of the entire staff. Must have strong analytical skills to assess operations, process problems and develop
appropriate solutions/improvements. Also, must be able to plan, prioritize and successfully execute multiple projects with little or no direction. The selected candidate will be expected to set annual goals, create
and execute strategies to maximize operation sales and control expenses, and develop reports. Must have a competitive mindset and be self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
Proactively manages the day to day operations of the car wash
Maintain a safe environment to ensure the wellbeing of all employees and customers.
Control and monitor the quality and safety of work performed by employees.
Provide job training for all employees.
Prepare on-going and timely performance reviews for all employees.
Establish periodic on-going communication meetings with all site employees.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely, professional manner.
Oversee customer damage claims while maintaining adequate records.
Develop, manage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the site is clean, adequately stocked, organized and well-kept based on company standards.
Keep track of inventory and order when needed.
Establish and maintain a profitable inside and outside sales program for the car wash and detail center.
Assure vendor deliveries are completed properly and in compliance with company policy.
Analyze daily, weekly and monthly sales and expense reports and take appropriate action to maximize sales and net profits.
Organize and maintain all site files and manuals.
Define, plan and monitor staffing requirements and work schedules.
Assist in processing employee payroll and commission.
Requirements:
A minimum of five (5) PLUS years car wash management experience, along with a proven track record of managing a large carwash facility is highly desirable
Experience handling insurance claims, workman's comp, etc.
