THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Prepare work schedules, assigns work, oversees the work quality that is performed by each individual of the maintenance team to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved.
Responsible for maintenance inventory and parts ordering using proper judgement on price, quality, and timely production.
Develops maintenance procedures and equipment schedules.
Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Experience in management and hands on maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 5-7 years of Maintenance experience
5 years management experience is required.
Must have experience with Maintenance Software & Systems and Experience with preventative maintenance
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
