THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Assistant Store Leader will lead a team of associates, delivering exceptional store conditions with legendary service they are known for. The preferred candidate will be promotable several levels up the organization. This is a unique position for someone with no grocery experience to learn the business and advance your career in an essential and growing business!
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Depending on your experience and skills, you will earn more than $60,000 to start in base pay along with an opportunity for a $9,000+ annual bonus opportunity.The benefit package is tremendous as you would expect from a multi-billion $ corporation. Truly world class.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Must have up to 5 yrs.relevant management experience, slightly less with a degree.
Experience in Supermarket Operations a big plus.
