As the Director of Digital Customer Experience, Grocery Retail , you will have proven experience leading a team of eCommerce or omnichannel professionals responsible for complex, cross-functional processes and workflows. Candidates with CPG-side experience and/or experience managing a digital CX organization are preferred.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Director of Digital Customer Experience, Grocery Retail will lead a team of managers and specialists who are responsible for maintaining and optimizing a vast array of product content, site search/navigation, digital promotions/offers, interactive circulars, and commerce-specific content (interactive recipes, meal planning content, etc.).
Reports to Sr. Vice President, eCommerce.
Team responsible for $100M +annual eCommerce revenue.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Depending on your experience, compensation will be $150,000 + base pay along with an opportunity for a 26% annual bonus opportunity.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
MBA or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
7 years of hands-on experience and/or in a leadership position for a digital or eCommerce team/organization.
5 years of experience managing relationships with technology providers, partners, and/or digital consultancies.
CPG-side experience in a digital or omnichannel role is a big plus.
Familiar with basic fulfillment & support aspects BOPIS business models.
Willingness to “invent” and derive new ways to do business in uncharted territory.
