THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Director of Bakery Manufacturing, will focus primarily on oversight of retail scratch bakery production in the most cost-effective manner within quality standards to delight their customers on fresh doughnuts, cakes, pies, artisan breads, etc.
Position will be based in the upper Midwest.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Depending on your experience and skills, your total compensation package will be include very competitive base salary and 18% bonus potential!
Must have up to 5 yrs. Bakery manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of FDA FSMA requirements for food manufacturing. PCQI certification is required.
Understanding and experience of large volume baking equipment and factors driving efficiency.
Proficient culinary and baking knowledge to create and test recipes and determine product quality.
