Innovative grocery/distribution chain based in South Carolina has been on a growth spurt, recently rebranding and positioning themselves as the store of choice in the markets they serve in the South Carolina.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
As a District Manager, you will provide leadership to a group of stores in areas of merchandising, people development and financial responsibility.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The District Manager will lead a team and will partner with HR and Supply Chain to ensure store conditions and profitability are delivered.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Depending on your experience, compensation will be $100,000 + base pay along with an opportunity for a 25% annual bonus opportunity.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Must have up to 5 yrs. multi-unit experience preferably in supermarket management.
