Legal Secretary in Mt. Vernon, NY
Seeking full-time time Legal Secretary with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate transactions and generalized contract review.
Experience is a must, degree and/or certification preferred
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Reviews all purchase agreements and negotiations for assets as well as closing documents to ensure accuracy.
Manages and monitors case files from property inception to property sale.
Retains qualified counsel for litigated matters such as title issues, unauthorized transfer etc.
Draft correspondence as necessary.
Updates property management software daily as well as creating and maintain all required reports and spreadsheets.
